We have come up with exciting ways for your child to get fit and active while having fun. They won’t even realise its exercise with our fun games and activites. These games and activities will help with the process of your child’s developing active healthy lifestyles.

Our classes range from ages 3 to 13 years of age. We design our programs to suit each individual child and skill level. A higher intensity option is offered to the older children who are perfecting their skills and gaining strength, whilst learning more components of self defence and physical fitness. For the younger children of the program, we are here to teach them simple components of self defence and encourage active play and movement.  We work with them to further their skill and knowledge.

Here at Mini Muscles, all children notice a fast, yet controlled progression to higher levels of their sporting ability. Our lessons are mixed with self defense and fitness. We believe all children should know the basic components of self defence and fitness to improve their athletic ability.

Our program is designed for your child to work on individual goals as well as interacting with others improving their self confidence and social skills.
